Richie has always been passionate about traveling and experiencing other foods and cultures, developing his enthusiastic palette, appreciating food, wines and cocktails. Coming back to Dublin, Richie rejoined the BANG restaurant & bar team as Wine Buyer & Bar Manager, and is a 3-time recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for BANG. He progressed to lead the team there as general manager.
